What is the minimum stay?
30 days, under a written agreement. Notice and extension terms are set in your agreement.
What cleaning is included?
Linens are provided, shared spaces are cleaned weekly and rooms are cleaned at turnovers.
How do we pay?
ACH. A W-9 is available on request, and approved accounts can be invoiced net 30.
Are utilities and WiFi really included?
Yes. Electricity, water, gas, trash and high speed WiFi are included in the monthly rate.
Is every room single occupancy?
Yes. Every room and apartment is for one person only.
Can we swap crew members mid-stay?
Substitutions and rotations are available for corporate accounts, per your agreement.
How does invoicing work?
